The conference features leading diversity training consultant Howard J. Ross as the keynote speaker and an experiential workshop by the performance ensemble Urban Bush Women Leadership Institute of New York. Session topics include immigrants in St. Louis; interpersonal skills for developing diversity; Hispanic and Asian diversity; local models of cross cultural engagement; engaging people with disabilities; race, class and racism in St. Louis; diversity and inclusion in the arts; finding common ground; and a poverty simulation.
